30 days of serenate || day one: the moment that made you a serenate shipper

The first look they shared in the pilot. This look they share lkjhgfdghj HOW do you otp. It says so much in so little time. Nate just looks at her like she’s his dream girl that’s finally returned and Serena kind of just loses her breath for a second and her face changes. She can’t be in love with him, she knows this, but she is and it’s just like it was before she left. Ugh.

It’s not easy for them, they’re not one of those couples where it’s the perfect love story - and that’s more interesting to play. I think they’re meant to be together in a way. And even the audience sees she’s not meant to be with the traditional jock boy. She really does need someone a little more intellectual, someone who’s outside of her world and I think she finds that in Ryan. So ultimately, yes, they are meant to be together but he’s made a lot of mistakes and she’s made mistakes too. It’s gonna be a struggle, but at the end of the day they’re meant to be together but it’s not going to go so smoothly - Mischa.

#YEP. THE NIGHT THAT EVERYTHING CHANGED. #now the writers are like lol no that night never happened #you can rewrite the story a million times to change the reason why Serena left to ruin NS or cheapen SB friendship #but you can never change the fact that they are the ‘premise of the show’
